The rates listed here are for shipments from 0 to 1kg, the price will increase to higher shipping weight, do not include VAT or tariffs or customs any expenses and days are business days.

In Kaif ® we try our best in order to develop a system that allows us to ship orders to everyone free of import duties. However, orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees. Unfortunately also some shipments to Canaries are confiscated by customs agents to enter the island.

Kaif ® is not responsible for any restrictions, fees or application of other regulations that may apply to their products. If you have any questions about this type of law, please contact the regulatory body of your country.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

We offer several payment options: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Eurocard), PayPal, cash and bank transfer, this latter form of payment may take up to 4 working days to be identified. All transactions are secure and your information is fully protected. Please access the website www.paypal.com to learn more about PayPal payments.

The COD payment must be made at the time of receiving the order and cash. It takes an additional 2% and the limit per order for this type of payment is 250 euros, only applicable to the Iberian Peninsula. The costs for the transfer order is charged to the customer. The products are reserved for 4 days, not to hurt the other customers, promotions or sales period, we can only reserve the product for 1 day. If during that period Kaif ® does not receive payment, the purchase will be automatically canceled.

All our prices include VAT, according to the current rates and are correct except typos.

The credit card payment will be made right after your card has been authorized. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order. If the card is declined, our system will inform you immediately when you complete your order.

On orders shipped COD payment shall be made at the time of receiving the order and cash.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return within 15 days from the date of receipt of order. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee the repayment of the value of any product that is not completely satisfied, provided that it is new, complete-labeled and in original packaging, and not damaged, altered or scratched. No items will be accepted incomplete, damaged or used. Also, no returns of underwear, swimwear, earrings, products with signs of having been used or items purchased through any of the competitions held in our store.

If we might receive returns that did not comply with the above conditions, the customer is not entitled to any refund and will be proposed sending the product along with the next order you place. If the client rejects this option and seeks to recover the item, shall schedule a pickup and a shipping company and bear the costs of the same.

The cost of each collection will be deducted directly from the refund. In the event of breakage of stock size or color that you wish to change, Kaif ® refunded the full amount of money but the customer also has the option of receiving a refund coupon, in this case the costs of shipping shall be borne by Kaif ®.

Once your return is processed by our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail notifying you. If not received within 10 days of the return shipping, please contact in atencionalcliente@kaif.es

When we can not send the replacement of a product due to out of stock, refund the value.

After the technical evaluation of the returned product, the refund is made within 20 days.

If you used a credit card, the refund will be on the same card and you can check it on your next bank statement.
