What happens to my order if I am not present?
If the carrier fails to deliver the order, they will contact you to arrange a new date or leave you a message so you can remove it in 15 days at the office nearest you.

Do I have to pay some kind of customs fees?
In Kaif ® we try our best in order to develop a system that allows us to ship orders to everyone free of import duties. However, orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees.
Unfortunately also some shipments to Canaries are confiscated by customs agents to enter the island.

How do I pay the order?
We offer several payment options: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Eurocard), PayPal, cash and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and your information is fully protected.

The COD payment must be made at the time of receiving the order and cash. It takes an additional 2% and the limit per order for this type of payment is 250 euros. The customer will not be able to choose if he had come back at some previous case for reasons beyond Kaif and / or the carrier chosen.

The costs for the transfer order is charged to the customer. The products are reserved for 4 days, not to hurt the other customers, promotions or sales period, we can only reserve the product for 1 day. When will I be charged?
