PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept product returns and exchanges in a period of 15 days after the reception of the order. Transportation costs to be paid by the customer.

We guarantee the refund of the value of any product if you are not totally satisfied, always if the product is still new, complete -with original package and tag- and not damaged, altered or scratched. Incomplete, damaged or used products will not be accepted. Also, returns of underwear and swimming clothes, ear rings, products with signs of having been used or acquired from any of our competitions where you get free clothes will not be accepted.

If we receive returns that do not match the above conditions, the Customer will not have the right to get any reimbursment and Kaif will propose to send that product with the next order that the Customer makes from our store. If the Customer denies that option and pretends to get back the product, will have to arrange a picking with a transportation company and pay the costs of it.

If you want to return a product you have to contact us at: atencionalcliente@kaif.es and indicate the order number, product reference and description, return reasons and indicate the picking time that is more suitable to you and the transportist will take care of picking up the article/s with the provided data.

The cost of each picking service will be deducted of the reimbursement. You also have the possibility of sending your order trought the Shipping Agency of your choice. In this case you have to contact us at: atencionalcliente@kaif.es indicate order number, description and product reference, return motivation and Agency name for the shipping.

       In case there was not more stock of the desired size or colour in the product to return, Kaif® will refund the total amount of the order. Also the customer has the choice to receive a discount coupon. In this case the shipping costs are paid by Kaif®.

As soon as we receive the returned product we will make a technical evaluation of the products. The refunds will be processed in a máximum period of 5 working days. You will receive an e-mail when your new product has been shiped.

In Kaif® we guarantee our customers satisfaction and we do not want them to purchase products that escape from our strict quality standards. If you think that we have sent a defective article, please contact us in the next 7 days from the product reception to agree the pickup of it. In this case in Kaif® we take care of the shipping costs. We will send an Agency to take care of the article.

Please send us the following information:

- Order number.

- Reference and product name

- Defect details.

- Picture of the product.

- If you prefer the Refund or an Exchange.

- Time desired for the pick up.

 

As soon as your return is processed by our special department, you will receive an e-mail with information regarding the situation. If you do not receive it in 10 days from the return of the article/s, please contact us in: atencionalcliente@kaif.es.

After technical evaluation of the returned product, the refund will take place in a maximum of 20 days.

If you want to receive a discount coupon, we will send to your e-mail a code to discount the refund value in your next order. You will have to introduce it in the “Discount Codes” Section of the Cart. Once applied, will be discounted from the total of the new order.

If you used a credit card, the refund will be done to the same carda nd you will be able to check it in your next Bank Statement. If you used Pay Pal the refund will be done in your PayPal account and will be available in no time. If you paid by wire transfer or payment on reception we will ask you for your bank details and the money refund will be done by wire transfer.
